The Next Level Sales System
The Next Level Sales System takes you through a series of steps that enable you to assess, strengthen, benchmark, and create ongoing superior performance within your business. This system, either in parts or in full, can be tailored into your sales organisation. It allows you to control and solve the challenges of sales team productivity and return-on-investment. This system engineers the structures, rigours, measures and disciplines into your sales process.
This system is represented as 7 levels -:
- the first of which features our capability to undertake an independent healthcheck on your two critical customer touchpoints – the interface b/w your sales process and your customer AND your OTD/SEM process and your customer
- the second level features our models used to streamline the front end and back end of your OTD/SEM process, so as to free up time for your sales people to proact instead of react and so your customers enjoy better customer service
- the third level features our suite of tools and templates to review your channel sales strategy, develop your customer classification and prospect profiling systems, along with improving your account management (farming) infrastructure and your prospect management (hunting) infrastructure
- the fourth level features our suite of analytics to model different cost effectiveness scenarios to reflect the return of your sales resource investment – accounting for headcount investment; visit productivity rates; customer coverage and prospect penetration levels
- the fifth level features our version of a sales organisation’s balanced scoreboard – using the car as the model – rear vision indicators to measure each sales person’s financial outcome performance; windscreen indicators to measure each sales person’s sales process outputs; and dashboard indicators to measure each sales person’s critical visit productivity inputs
- the sixth level features the extension of the integrated scoreboard for each sales person to whole-sales team scoreboard that facilitates benchmarking top-to-bottom performance on each of the measures
- the seventh level assists our better clients use statistical correlation techniques to derive and articulate best practices from the data in the scoreboards
