Prime Nutrition business need:

We were a new division introducing a totally new product into a mature category, against very well established competitors. At the time of commissioning The Next Level, we were in the process of putting a small national salesforce on the road and we had no structured sales process, systems, training resources, or measurement/reporting methodologies. We needed help to build our sales framework and train our new people quickly.

The Next Level Business Solution:

Using the skill and experience of The Next Level we had our team on the road with defined territories, classified customers, activity benchmarks, sales training, activity reporting and measuring tools. We had a clearly documented Prime Nutrition sales process and a Prime Nutrition “way”. The Next Level continued to support us with monthly monitoring and coaching for the sales people in using the reporting and measuring software, and expert advice for the inevitable hiccups that come along in such a challenging start up scenario. They even helped us recruit more sales staff as the need arose.

The Results So Far:

We have seen a 350% increase in average monthly sales over the year, and feel well positioned to continue the growth during 2008.
