Glenn Guilfoyle

Glenn is the founder and principal of The Next Level. He is a salesman and a scientist…..all in one. With a B.App.Sci and an M.B.A, he has spent over 20 years in a variety of sales and marketing management roles. Overlapping some of this time is 10 years in business process re-engineering across a range of industries. He was the Chairman of the Board of a small Melbourne based enterprise for 4 years, and has also spent 12 years as owner and director of specialist consulting firms, including The Next Level. Glenn has spent many years consulting to international businesses as well as to some of Australia’s best run companies such as: Westfield, Pfizer, Pacific National, Minter Ellison, Ansell, Visy, Australian Unity, Alphapharm, Australia Post, Coffey International and many more.  He is the founder and creator of the specialist business-to-business sales system, also called The Next Level.

Sarah Shaw

Sarah Shaw brings to The Next Level an extensive range of skills in marketing, communication and data analysis. From her beginnings at the bench as a research scientist, Sarah moved into the field of corporate communications & fundraising for a large public health network. After gaining experience in a corporate marketing setting, Sarah took on a challenging senior research development position at one of Australia’s largest & most respected non-profit organisations. Sarah has been an integral member of The Next Level consulting team since early 2006.

Sharon Sarant

Sharon Sarant provides The Next Level with an extensive knowledge and understanding of customer service, sales and marketing and manufacturing integration. Sharon has 12 years experience in a variety of sales and marketing roles. In her last role as National Marketing Manager of a multinational Australian public listed company she was responsible for the development and execution of sales and brand strategies. Additionally, she has an extensive understanding of manufacturing, supply chain operations and management.

Tamara Biviano

Tamara Biviano has joined The Next Level team, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the field of Quality Assurance. She spent 10 years working within the pharmaceutical industry and demonstrably understands the need for accuracy, commitment and drive, to achieve outstanding results. As a senior staff member, she has led many documentation projects as well as auditing and report preparation for the Australian Therapeutics Goods Administration and American Food and Drug Administration.

Sarah Codarin

Sarah Codarin brings to The Next Level experience in organisational design, incentive and remuneration design and business analytics obtained working for global organisations in the sectors of management consultancy, retail and fast moving consumer goods. Sarah first began her career in various generalist Business Analyst and Human Resource roles. She then moved to a global management consultancy specialising in organisation design and employee reward. Sarah’s most recent role has been a Reward Specialist for a global FMCG company.
