Genetics Australia business need:

With the rural sector facing economic hard times and commodity prices falling, our position as a mature competitor in a mature market with no significant new products was exposing us to high levels of risk. Our sales function needed a significant increase in activity and focus to retrieve the market share we had lost over previous years.

The Next Level undertook a swift audit of our sales process and sales systems, and tailored their sales system to specifically meet our needs.

The Results So Far:

We now have robust, consistent and transparent sales processes, systems and measures. This has enabled us to execute sales programs and incentives for the first time. Our sales people now have clear guidelines and tools to tell them what they should be doing and who they should be visiting. Importantly, our people are committed to the sales system and its successful implementation.

Looking Ahead:

We now feel confident to run the system ourselves because The Next Level have trained and equipped our sales managers to do so. We look forward to an ongoing relationship with The Next Level to keep us on track and update our system as their systems update.
