ANZ business need:
Our London Business Development Unit was looking to develop a customer base amongst Australian expats. Our sales and support staff were finding it difficult to penetrate the market in a location where both (i) ANZ branding and awareness, and (ii) the concept of dual currency expat loans were low. We were looking for assistance in boosting our sales approach and effectiveness to gain quicker and deeper market penetration.
The Next Level Business Solution:
The Next Level took a snapshot assessment of our problem and tailored their hunting tools and methodologies for our unique situation.
Very quickly we could see that The Next Level would meet our needs, but they surprised us by augmenting this solution with an additional intervention. They quickly assessed that as well as improving our face-to-face business development manager sales activity effectiveness, we would also benefit from an outbound telesales driven lifecycle management approach. This was a new revelation to us, and The Next Level helped us to understand and appreciate the potential benefits.
The Results So Far:
Implementation of The Next Level’s solution has driven a 30% uplift in sales, and we look forward to maintaining and extending this result.
